Apparently its NXT 29.2 % and TGP 67.3 %., so 2.5% elsewhere.
This likely factors even worse into NXT's favour. I.e. why didn't they accept a deal that was suitable to the majority of AJD's holders or why disn't they provide the superior offer.
Could be wrong just don't see NXT being able to outgame someone who cuts their teeth on this stuff.
