    IMHO,
    I'm looking at a AUD 0.04 cap raise of a billion shares.. Just my guess really. Approx 20% discount to current SP to raise AUD 40 million.
    I expect a takeover or management change soon after. So AUD 40 million is good cash for a new owner.
