It's interesting that the 20m shares potentially to be issued are contingent on only 800k of sales. Value of shares are close to 3m at last closing price.
you'd think it would hit right out of the 800k ballpark but i suppose this is recurring (you'd hope) than an once off sales boost once their referrals have hit the 800k.
