lets say that my valuation comes to fruition and DW8 reaches 15 bags for me in the short term. my plan would be to sell a small amount of my holding to regain my capital and reinvest that elsewhere. the rest of my DW8 shares would then be free carried, either for potential future dividends, or sold if i require capital at the time for other projects. my current plan with investing is to build wealth for either future early retirement through dividend income stream, or to pay out my mortgage balance if interest rates decide to sky rocket.
