The Horsham deal looks good, as it builds out the infrastructure and distribution capability needed to scale the business. While not ideal, the delay on the PHPC deal is not a big deal for me - would rather the board be 100% happy with the DD than proceed with something that has risks that are not acceptable.
A bit more volume on the stock today after a period of very little activity. Hard to get a read on that at this point.
