Those bids don't matter. They will still go through at the inductive price at open. If there are not enough shares available or being sold to cover those higher buy offers they will automatically show as buys at the indicative price.
If I put in a buy at 0.007 before open and the indicitive price was 004... I would still be buying those shares at 004 unless there was not enough available sells at the indicitive price, then my order will not be exercised.
