I'll be taking up my entitlement also, 7c a real bargain IMO.

I don't know if this is a typo error, but it states...

To be eligible to participate in the Offer, you must:
(a) be registered as a Shareholder as at 7.00pm (EST) on 31 August 2012 (Record Date);

31 August which is next week. So if you dont have wfe shares at the moment Does this mean you can still buy winmar shares up until the 31st and still be entitled?

Most of the time the cut of date for entitlement is around a week before the offer.
