Ann: Winmar signs MOU with VS Lad , page-10

Short of asking the sellers, we won't know why they are selling.

Reading the announcement of 7/7/2011, this was one of the conditions for the VS Lad investment:

the company securing a 75% earn-in right to Mt Stuart (EL 47/2012, 47/2027 and 47/2043) and Ethel Creek (EL 46/918) tenements, presently owned by Cazaly Iron Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cazaly Resources Limited;

Don't know the details but has this requirement been met? I understand these are different tenements from Hamersley? Is the market waiting for this to be ticked off perhaps?
