    An announcement about a timeline to be re-listed, with dates for prospectus etc would be a far better announcement.

    What's the point of going for dual listing if you don't have a time frame for re-listing on your home exchange?

    IMO the BOD should be concentrating on re-listing, not on red herrings wasting shareholder funds.
