The 4 directors are charging $8m pa in fees. Incredibly high for a young exploration company. Delta Lithium CEO takes home $322k to give give you a comparison.
i cant find any other exploration company directors charging such high fees for 4 of themselves. I believe the cap raise is in place to protect themselves .
