Smart money bets on Probability X Win pay out multiple.
Low capex = low dilution = high EPS = high multiple from entry MC.
Would think Howard has made the same conclusion i and many holders here have.
I dont see PMT in his list. ? Why ? the opposite of above.
PMT Probability risk fatal flaw on approvals X low pay out multiple given bloated MC and large capex to fund, an intial 10-15 year low grade starter with dam constructions. Financing risk on low return. / payback period.?
Keep it simple. WR1 pathway to low capex, low risk permitting. = financing achievable.
