Probably, but with only 10 million to go around you wouldn't be likely to get many. The biggest shareholders will get the lion's share, and I'm sure the new Chinese shareholder would be wanting as many as possible. Perhaps 1 million will be spread over the rest, and then they might be allocated in proportion to the size of your holding. Someone with about 10,000 shares isn't likely to score too many I don't think.
