I found this bit interesting:

“Rapid path to production - existing Highway connecting Cancet to mining and transport centers to the south. Low Capex and construction potential with potential conversion capacity in nearby lithium hubs.”

so that sounds like toll treating to me and means we could be in production much sooner than originally thought. Yes, it costs more, but without the big capex. Li high price should generate enough margin to more than cover the higher toll cost.
then with that income, they can afford to build their own plant, without big CR etc.

smart move imho.
