ok so enlighten us: will WR1 commit exactly the same planning and permitting resources as PMET did for their road? Or is it possible for them to instruct their contractors to, say, hire an extra person or two? If it's not possible, to what extent and why not?
I'll wait on your response to the earlier questions regarding rate of build.
Are we on the same page about PMET's road being 20km? Or are we going to see you keep repeating 13.5km in future posts?
