Stated in the Announcement is that the Flow Through Shares will be block sold to high quality domestic and offshore institutional investors. My take on this is ( when they say high quality) is it will go to instos that will not flip quickly. Gen the demand I daresay that management have / will be very selective as to who gets a seat at the table, and this also will apply to the to the institutional placement as well. We don't want flippers on board.
