    Management haven't done anything to grow this company since acquiring UNV 4.5 years ago. So for the last 4.5 years when management didn't do much to grow the company, all those who keep saying the company is sitting on its hands were clearly right. Now they do one thing, of which, we still don't know the full details of the financial windfall, we are 'clearly wrong'. got it.

    I get it, new deals and projects don't come along every day, but this management took this company backwards over the last few years instead of forward.

    I honestly don't see this as a long term venture. As reported in the announcement, Wintime operations are sophisticated, Blair Athol isn't what i would call sophisticated, as i said above, they use front end loaders to put coal on a train. I see Wintime using Terracom and Blair Athol to get the wheels turning initially for a short term until they build their own modern sophisticated infrastructure....of course, they need get Moorlands approved first, as a shareholder of TER, I hope they do.
