how are they going to expand Blair Athol? All the mineable/profitable coal that has been at this site has either been mined or is known.
Why would they expand the site for? Make a water park?
Again, personally i don't have a problem with the deal. If they can make money off their infrastructure sure go ahead. I am just very dubious of the deal and how much and how long it will be for. As i said before, Blair Athol mine infrastructure is not sophisticated. If Moorlands want a 25 year mine, they will be building their own modern infrastructure at some point... IMO. I could be wrong.
