    buddy, the WA court decision merely validates GNR's receivership over WISE, as they tried to invalidate that appointment via the courts. WISE must pay GNR's costs for the case.

    IMO the next move will be to determine if WISE is willing to pay the amount owing to the JV as per the auditors report OR to hand over 50% of the JV back to PLV. There is no chance PLV and WISE could ever work together and i doubt Watpac would mine with WISE in the picture, they have already asked for them to be dealt out of the picture as per their $13M promissory note.

    They are a defaulting JV partner as noted by the judge's recent decision and the provisions in the JV agreement for a defaulting JV partner are what need to be legally enforced now to remove them once and for all, i dont believe PLV will see a cent and i dont think thats what management are trying to retrieve as they know they'd have doughnuts in their $2 registered HK company accounts.

    As for their shares, well 50M out of 6B is nothing, who cares..
