    buddy, kordamentha are receivers and managers for GNR not administrators..

    no one has to convince WISE of anything, they are a defaulting JV partner, provisions are there in the JV for such occurrences, what WISE has promised their puppet masters SS&T is their business..

    after WISE clearly there are others that need to be pursued..
