Also unemployment numbers look great, and consumer spending and sentiment looked solid last quarterthis is somewhat true however it’s of no material impact as loan numbers and application set up fees offset (in part) the rates. I think it’s worth researching more how this works as low interest rates is, in my opinion, a good thing. Wiser wouldn’t have a MOAT of interest rates were sky high, so with rates so low, they can compete with the big guys more easily. Just my opinion, dyor
