slide 17 shows a projection of the business model with a $1bn loan book. With revenue of $110m - $130m, total opex will be between $35m and $45m ie around 32%-35% of revenue, and cash EBTDA will be between $40m and $50m. Currently, employee benefits expenses and share based employee expenses represent just over a third of all opex, so if it were to stay the same, the % of employee benefits would be at around 11% of revenue.
