personally im very comfortable with that aspect. look at how well they've done with unsecured... so they know the market and how to do it. plus, it looks like they've taken a slowly slwoly approach, having piloted this product back in 2019 to begin with, so i dont get a sense they're rushing it by any regard.
most importanlty though, they are putting these loans into their Big4 backed warehouse. and if tha bank are comfortable mgmt know what they are doing, and are willing to fund it with their own capital , then (knowing my way around these big bank credit teams) its a huge vote of confidence. if they'd come to market saying they had a different funding source for this product i might echo your concerns..
