Interesting, at first I was happy about potential growth into other markets with a very scalable product set from WISR (after customising for local markets). But reading this, the $1.7TN TAM "European Market" ==> Spain, as Arbor seems to be just there from what I saw on the website, which is only in Spanish. And the IP transfer seems to be from WISR to Arbor for "ethical lending" which gets mentioned a few times. How about all the other IP they can share? I'm not super excited about this news.
Having said that, watch it spike by 20% just to spite my prediction of it staying flat this week.
