They are demonstrating that their cost of funds is remaining under 3%, which in this market seems incredible.
I think there's nothing this Company can do at the moment to win against the Macro forces at play. They could deliver the best news in the world, but there's so much red everywhere it wouldnt matter. This one takes courage to go against what everyone else is trading. But I guess thats how you make money in the market.
