to answer your question, they mentioned it today that they have a warehouse facility where they had provided 5% of the debt as a Class B type, which means when there is a bad debt, it will come off the class B first. They will later on in life securitise it for much cheaper rate, although it is cheap money now..so in conclusion they have lend responsibily or else...
