What you are forgetting is that the company now has an additional $33.5M in the war chest. This makes the company far better placed to accelerate growth - the company will be completely transformed.
As a shareholder, yes you have been diluted (you can mitigate this somewhat with the SPP), but you should be happy. Better talent, branding and product awareness.. all these things will work for you in the medium term.
