The shareholder value decreased because SI6 JV partner “BCL” went into liquidation. It was no directors fault. BCL sent the share price down. BCL had an agreement with Si6 to fund further exploration in Botswana which did not happen.
Volpe must know something more than what the current board does, otherwise what’s he fighting for?
