Wowsers. The ASX is actually making it impossible for microcaps to add shareholder value. The ASX new rules are not i the interest of shareholders in my view.
As it happens, I wasn't mad about the Blom acquisition anyway so I'm not unhappy, but the principle at play here sucks.
