    I don’t understand how issuing options can put more pressure on the heads .
    Initially it may even boost the heads so shareholders can participate in any bonus issue .
    As I said it would be nice if they were listed but it doesn’t matter .
    Would secure future funding by exercising them if all goes to plan .
