    As with most stocks as the company progresses funds would be needed and dilution will always occur .
    This way all shareholders benefit on an equal rather than just the Sophs ( as in most raisings )
    And agree ( and I didn’t suggest a 1:1 bonus option ) but a 1:3 fine
