Would likely be to do with tax wouldnt it?
I assume you can't just pay someone in shares for their portion of the business as there would be tax obligations that arent being fulfilled?
VMT will find a way to do it regardless.
The transfer of shares for the Italians portion of the business was a good one. Saving vmt associated costs and taking nothing from the cash balance. However now they'll just find another way to get it done.
