It is not unusual for businesses to do all sorts of deals, including bundles.
When I switched to ADSL2, I got the setup fees for free because I had been a long term customer.
When I signed up to Foxtel, I got the setup costs for free, but I had to sign up for a 12 months subscription and there was a cancellation fee if I cancelled in the first 12 months.
Doing low margin deals with FCorp, Immo etc may have been bad for profits in the short term, but it may have been good for profits in the longer term, similar to my deals with the ISP and Foxtel.
As for disclosure, I do not want to know the details of every deal a business does. Other people will have a different view. Whether the ASX and/or ASIC thinks disclosure was insufficient, we will have to wait and see. If they do then questions need to be asked as to why they did not investigate back in 2018. In my opinion starting an investigation in the middle of a short attack smells.
