are you shopping around for a good lawyer ? usually no win no fee lawyers don't like losing cases, so doubt they would take on your potential asic issues onboard. i think if you are spreadIng lIes as truths as per t&c of hc - eg I thInk you saId Isx is not suspended because of volatIlIty( lIstIng rule 17.3, ann early oct 2019) and Isx not In profIt (ann aprIl 2019) then you could potentially get your wrist slapped.
