Common sense Annie , ASIC responded to ISX query on whether or not they had directed ASX to suspend ISX. As it wasn’t clear from the original suspension notice where ASX implicated ASIC by saying “ in consultation with”
ASIC replies to ISX . ASIC in no way gave ASX directive to suspend ISX.
If any of the issues “concerning “ISX where that serious in nature. ASIC would not hesitate to direct ASX to suspend them.
