The good thing about going to court is we get to hear the full story and either way it’s going to be a blockbuster. A lot of unknown issues both sides. There no point debating here say over repeatedly . If the royal Commission into banking big institutions is anything to go by and the fact this could get interesting. I suspect ASX have already offered to unsuspend ISX and turned down in favor of redemption through courts . Yes our growth is stunted as a result of suspension but we still grow at an exceptional rate disputes this.
