Yes. My guess is that the ASX could not divulge their specific reason simply because of legal burden. In court they can state it safely with no legal repercussion. Meanwhile ISX may have to divulge everything that they perhaps may have withheld from the ASX. This is why I expect ISX to have no chance of winning in court. My understanding of ISX's claim is they claim that there is no reason to suspend. Presumably all that the ASX need to do is to state their reasons (Which I am pretty sure they have because even I can find a very good reason) and ISX would be done for.

So maybe taking the ASX the court is just a tactic to bid their time? Inevitable end? Who knows but it would be blockbuster for sure.
