He destroyed YPB with gross mismanagement and negligence of the business he was in. He started as a business that was supposedly in brand protection and security. He over paid unqualified people and every capital raise was pissed away in a matter of months. When the security effort was going south, he tried to diversify and went back towards an industry he had more knowledge and previous success, the cell phone industry. Suddenly, security is second to consumer engagement and QR codes. All he cares about is his own ego. He has wasted countless shareholders investments and he will fold at some point having lost little to nothing!
