No surprise there. Doesn't even look like they'll be placing elsewhere (not that they can at 4.8c).

Where does that leave the company? It all depends on where they're at presently with operations and cash. Hopefully they are tracking better than expected with cash flow and are choosing an organic route of growth with no future CR, SPP or debt - now wouldn't that be refreshing with less dilution too.
