Don't feel sorry for GCY holders. WGX through their penny pinching, might very well have missed out on buying a value accretive, underpriced asset. GCY could easily be valued far north of 200 million by mid next year. Even at 200 million purchase price, the payback time for a WGX T/O deal would have been well under 3 years for WGX.
