Innodata's withdrawal is not unexpected, the offer is under the current price anyway.
But I'd like to see Appen rejected it straight, not reveal it on the ASX query, this gave some bad image (again) that the management can't manage commercial negotiation properly, like they did with Telus' $9.5 offer.
Another thing inappropriate is mentioning the "leading Telco", normally management wouldn't do that unless they are either: the deal is imminent, or attempt to boost the SP on purpose.
Anyway sold 2/3 of my holding today, shame I didn't do that above a dollar.
