If Appen can't file a simple disclosure statement without causing less damage then a nuclear bomb I would say they have no chance of pulling a decent deal off.
If the mangers of the Telco are reading this they will also be thinking twice and looking for other options.
The data is not safe at Appen, or there client files and there agreements don't mean anything.
No deals coming.
