There is zero evidence Appen has done anything wrong - they had to appoint Barrenjoey and Allens to oversee the proposal.
Maybe Mr mickey Mouse walked away from the deal seeing the stock price was 30% above their NON-CASH offer. I dont think many Appen shareholders want to own that rubbish anyway.
At least Appen has a position in the A.I industry with a well known name
