I got in because a friend gave a tip on this stock, made some paper gains and went into loss territory, then made up the mind to get out completely after I saw a director resign after being appointed the head of the Audit committee, must have been something pretty bad, leading to the resignation, you don't take up a role and leave a short period after. It has to be bad enough to be conflicted with the director unable to put his/her name against the audit reports.
