    yep - it's a complete loss from my view; seems maybe some last minute skimming.

    disgraceful really that board we protect own interest over share holders.. to completely bleed dry and then ask for more, really how not to do it.

    happy to eat my words if we get something out of this -- but very disappointing as it stands.
