    mrwalker,

We might have a clearer picture in a few days time if we get a Change in substantial holding notice.

When management told shareholders to accept the offer on the 28th of Feb they made it quite clear they were happy to be taken over.
That put LNG9 in the box seat. They knew then that our management would be easy meat to manipulate them as they saw fit. They knew that our management team had run out of ideas how to secure BTA's and they also knew the money was quickly running out . So they played our management like a German band as they say.
Our blokes probably stopped thinking about raising more funds because they thought it simply was A DONE DEAL.
What they should have done, was prepare themselves just in case these opportunists were going to deliver the sucker punch. Which they did of course today.
Should we have expected that our guys were going to have a plan B already in place if LNG9 were going to withdraw the bid. Of course one would have expected that highly credentialed and very well paid men would have a plan B in place. They have had ten weeks since the offer was made to cover their backsides, but alas once again they have let their shareholders down.
Hundreds of millions of dollars have been squandered over the years. These guys at LNG9 knew exactly how this was going to go. For ten weeks they played our management like a violin lulling them into a false sense of security and then today delivering the news that they have changed their minds. How convenient.

27 millions shares bought in just over 3 hours would suggest something. One would imagine by this time next week we might have a better idea.
The big worry is mrwalker, it would seem we are still being led by gentleman who appear to be way out of their depth. Something that I questioned and posted over 2 years ago.
Why I stuck fat with these guys during these times is something I now have to live with.

    Cheers.
