Indeed it begs the question why did Michael McAnearney join the board in the first place? What's in it for him? No one of his calibre would want to sit on a BOD and have then have the Company go down the tubes 6 weeks later. Obviously it won't have been his fault but wouldn't do much for the reputation having your name associated with that now would it? No matter how long or short your tenure was you wouldn't want a black mark like that against your name. You would think he would have done his due diligence before he signed on, so what was the attraction to say yes, where do I sign? Again with the questions but I still can't provide any answers.
