    it remains very hard to understand why they did not pull the trigger on a CR before Christmas after the Vietnam Deal. The Sp was low but not too low. Would have avoided the time waste in the holiday season.

    Instead they just sailed off into this Calendar year without a clue what they would do for money

    They never explained why. It still bothers me. It’s just weird.
