The purpose of the divestment/spin-off was to realise better value for the assets. This development is regressive to that end. Also the market conditions have been apparent for a while now, so......
Not sure if anyone else has noticed, but Mike Clifford seems to have taken a back seat? I'm always concerned when there is an exec chair, especially so one elected on a thin margin (protest vote?).
Here's hoping Mt Ida comes back with something to cheer.
