Yes there's 2 underwriters listed on the prospectus they have agreed to buy it all for 10c if there is any shortfall so if it dropped to 9c & no retail holders buy in they will step in.
I have seen it in the past where the underwriters actually want all the shares so they deliberately force the SP down so nobody buys in the the price drifts up after the raise. It's actually difficult to buy that volume of shares on market without pushing the price up.
I'm not saying that will happen here though.
It'll be interesting to see how the SP tracks once the retail element opens up on Tuesday I think it is.
I'll be waiting until the very last minute to decide if I participate or buy on market at a cheaper price
