In the past, I've identified promising companies listing on the ASX and participated in their initial public offerings.

However, my most successful investments have been in companies undergoing capital raises with strong growth potential and innovative products. This is what I look for, - buying into these opportunities at a discounted price.

Recently, I took advantage of BTH 28% discount and based on experience, this is likely to return to its pre-capital raise price trajectory. With Vector Capital valuing the company at sub 30 cents per share, it's an obvious choice for me.

While this CR may be challenging for long-term investors to accept, it's all part of the trading game.
